Step 1 involves answering 17 questions related to your current training, training history, and target race.

Step 2 includes syncing the app with your heart rate monitor.

Step 3 consists of performing two treadmill tests to assess your current fitness level.

Upon completing these steps, the app generates a customized training plan based on your provided information, test results, and goal race distance. Utilize the app throughout your training to monitor your heart rate, pace, distance covered, and elevation gain to ensure adherence to the plan. Conduct the treadmill tests on a monthly basis to track improvements in fitness and enable the automatic adaptation of your training plan according to your progress.
