Step 2 includes syncing the app with your heart rate monitor.

Step 3 consists of performing two treadmill tests to assess your current fitness level.

Utilize the app throughout your training to monitor your heart rate, pace, distance covered, and elevation gain to ensure adherence to the plan. Conduct the treadmill tests on a monthly basis to track improvements in fitness and enable the automatic adaptation of your training plan according to your progress.
